By booking a session with "PauletteDenise Photoart" you are agreeing to the terms and conditions described here in. You will be required to sign a Terms and Conditions agreement form on the day of your session.
Booking/Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit (session fee) is required in advance in order to book a session. Session fees cover the time and talent of the photographer.
PauletteDenise Photoart does not guarantee a weekend session date. Session dates and times are based on availability and are established on a first-come, first-served basis. Times and dates may be subject to change based on the uncertainty involved in forecasting exact dates of newborn arrivals; bookings will be handled on a priority basis.
Obligation
PauletteDenise Photoart shall not be liable to the client for the cancellation of a session as a result of an event or circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, weather, equipment failure, sickness, injury, or act of God. In the event of a cancellation due to extenuating circumstances, a new session date will be set.
Payments
The full session fee is due at the day of the Session
$100 non refundable retainer required to hold each session. I will send out a venmo or paypal request once you book to hold the spot. If you need to cancel the session please email me as opposed to canceling the booking. I will happily deduct the $100 from any future session.
A 10% discount will be offered when 2 sessions are booked together.
Additional editing available for an extra charge - $60 per image for photoshop retouching
$75 travel fee for South Bay
Photography Session
The client understands and agrees that any type of additional photography by anyone other than PauletteDenise Photoart during the course of the session is strictly prohibited; this applies to all types of photography, i.e., camera, video, cell phone, etc.
PauletteDenise Photoart cannot guarantee any specific poses or images. Clients must understand that the safety and wellbeing of the child is the priority. Sometimes certain poses may not come to fruition.
Proofing Period
Photos will be ready at least two weeks after a session. They will be presented by online gallery available for 30 days to share and download to your device(s)
Copyright
Clients hold the copyright to make prints and cards and share on social media for personal use only of those images which they purchased.
All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of the website owner and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any of the content on this website without the prior written consent of the website owner.
